Join our hands-on practical workshop on how to prepare for giving a normal birth in Hong Kong’s public hospitals. This class aims to help you understand the protocols of the public healthcare system to take the best advantage of the available options and maximize your experience of labour and delivery. 

This antenatal class is given by our Annerley Midwives.

Recommended supplementary classes

You can choose to follow up your course with a 30-minute private birth planning session with one of our experienced, registered midwives at a reduced rate. 

Our Birth Breathing classes are an invaluable addition to your antenatal education – for women only. One-off sessions are held on Wednesdays at lunchtime and are very useful to attend after your antenatal classes in preparation for your labour.
